Registration Information for the Summer 2013 Session
Registration for the White Marsh Rec. Dance Program’s summer 2013 dance session will be held at the Honeygo Run Regional Center on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 and Thursday, May 23, 2012 from 7:00-8:30.
Classes are held once a week (week-nights only), and the cost is $40 for a 30 minute session and $70 for an hour session. All tuition fees are one-time fees that are paid at registration, and these fees cover the entire 8-week summer session. Classes will begin sometime in early June, and will run for 8 weeks.
Please note that jazz classes are not offered during the summer session, and pointe classes are offered to experienced dancers only - this means most students will participate in ballet and/or tap. Additionally, class schedules are not announced until after registration, as the staff creates classes based on student availability. Finally, please remember that certain age requirements must be met to participate in the program - please visit the "policies" page of this website for more information about the program's age requirements.
Registration Information for the Fall 2012 Session
Registration for the White Marsh Rec. Dance Program's Fall 2013 dance session will be held in late August, and classes will begin in mid to late September.
Please note that in order to register for the fall session, new students MUST register at one of the program's walk-in registration nights. Additionally, class schedules are not announced ahead of time - instead, those who attend one of the walk-in registration nights are given a list of the classes that have openings, and are then given the opportunity to pick the class that works the best with their schedule. Finally, please remember that because openings for the fall session are limited, not everyone who attends a walk-in registration night is guaranteed a spot in the fall session.
At this time, we do not have any additional information about the fall program, and do not expect to have information until July 2013.

Chapel Hill Location

Costume/Recital Fee Payment: Students are asked to submit their costume/recital fee by October 31st. There is a $10 late fee for anyone pays after October 31st. Finally, all payments must be received by November 30th to ensure a costume is purchased for the student (if a costume is not purchased, the student may not participate in the recital).
Observation Week: During observation week, parents and other family members are invited to observe your child's dance class (observation takes place during the child's regular class time). Please remember that while we do not limit the number of people who can attend, space in the dance room is limited. Additionally, we do not offer make up observation sessions.

Observation Week for the Chapel Hill Location: Week of February 10, 2013
Professional Photos: Professional photos will be taken on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 and Thursday, March 28, 2013. An exact schedule, detailing the date and time each class should attend, will be given out at a later date. Regular classes are not held this week - students only come to dance for their scheduled photo time.
Big Group Rehearsals: No information at this time.
Recital Week Schedule: All students will attend at least 2 evening rehearsals during the week of May 5-11, 2013.
Yearbook Orders: No information at this time.
Recital Date: Saturday, May 11, 2013 - recital time to be announced at a later date.
