Registration Information for the Summer 2012 Session
At this time, no official information for the summer 2012 dance session is available. Registration will most likely be held in mid to late May, and the session will begin in mid June.
All classes meet once a week (Monday through Thursday nights), and the tuition prices (one-time fees that cover the entire session) have not yet been determined. Please note that classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, tuition is due at the time of registration, and may be paid in the form of cash or a check made out to WMRC (please note that there is a $25 fee for any returned checks).
**IMPORTANT FALL SESSION INFO ONLY**: Students placed in our intermediate or advanced classes meet for 40 minute classes, and therefore the tuition prices are different from those listed above. The intermediate and advanced classes are for our oldest and/or most experienced dances (must be at least 13 years old), and students must be evaluated before being placed in one of these classes. Honeygo Location
Spring Break - Classes will be cancelled during the week of April 1, 2012. Classes WILL resume on Monday, April 9, 2012 (even though this is Easter Monday, we do plan to hold classes).
Chapel Hill Location
Spring Break - Classes will be cancelled during the week of April 1, 2012. Classes WILL resume on Monday, April 9, 2012 (even though this is Easter Monday, we do plan to hold classes).
Dance Observation Night: All families are invited to come and observe dance class. Observation for Chapel Hill Classes will be held during the week of February 12, 2012. Observation for Honeygo Classes will he held during the week of February 19, 2012.
Professional Photos: Professional Photos will be taken on Monday, April 23, 2012 AND Wednesday, April 25, 2012. All students will attend one picture day only, and a schedule with the exact day and time will be given at a later time (you do not have the option of coming whenever you want).
Big Group Rehearsals: The tentative dates for Big Group Rehearsals are the week of April 15, 2012 and the week of April 29, 2012. Big Group Rehearsals are held on Monday and Thursday nights only, and more information will be given out as the time comes closer. For additional information regarding Big Group Rehearsals, please refer to the "Dance Sessions" page of this weksbite.
Recital Date: This year's recital will take place on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Please check with your child's teacher to find out your recital time (11:00 OR 3:30).
